Does anyone know how I can change my page/profile whatever to make it not so...boring???

If anyone knows how I can change my layout of this whatever, any any any help would be greatly appreciated!
My layout now is kinda dull.

Well, that's all for now.
I'm supposed to be cleaning instead of playing on the computer.
